Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - ADNOC for Oil & Energy is currently looking for a Specialist - Youth Development who will be responsible for the following tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Work with the team and relevant Subject Matter Experts to create standard suite competency libraries for all disciplines across the ADNOC Group.
Work with the team and relevant SMEs to create Learning and Development Frameworks for all job families and disciplines across the ADNOC Group
Support the implementation of a competency assurance process to ensure the fair and accurate capability assessment of employees as per acceptable standards.
Support in creating and monitoring and budgets and create operational plans
Support in creating policies, standards and procedures and ensure their implementation
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from a reputable international or accredited institution in the UAE or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of experience, including at least 3 in Human Capital / Learning, Development & Training.
Thorough knowledge of Competency Development, Competency Assurance Systems and Competency Frameworks Design.
Ability to identify and validate the critical and key competencies required for employee performance.
Ability to evaluate the Learning Solutions aligned with competencies in the competency library and development frameworks.
Certification as CIPD, CPLP, CTP, or equivalent certification
