    Abu Dhabi National Oil Company - ADNOC for Oil & Energy is currently looking for a Senior Specialist - Career Development who will be responsible for the following tasks

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Facilitates the creation of standard suite competency libraries for all disciplines across the ADNOC Group.

    • Facilitates the creation and update of Learning and Development Frameworks for all job families and disciplines across the ADNOC Group, through collaboration with teams of discipline experts (Subject Matter Experts).

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of competency assurance procedures using assessment and verification.

    • Ensure aligned of the Learning and Development Frameworks with other Human Capital activities and programs such as recruitment, organizational design, leadership programs, succession planning and mobility.

    • Review the effectiveness of the implementation of the Competency Libraries and Learning and Development Frameworks and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • Manage budgets and create operational plans

    • Create policies, standards and procedures and ensure their implementation


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from a reputable international or accredited institution in the UAE or equivalent

    • Minimum 10 years of experience and at-least 5 years in Human Capital / Learning, Development & Training.

    • Thorough knowledge of Competency Development, Competency Assurance Systems and Competency Frameworks Design.

    • Ability to identify and validate the critical and key competencies required for employee performance.

    • Ability to evaluate the Learning Solutions aligned with competencies in the competency library and development frameworks.

    • Well-developed presentation and interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral.

    • IT knowledge and PC operation is essential

    • Certification as CIPD, CPLP, CTP, or equivalent certification.

    • ILM / ICPM or equivalent certification as a First Line Manager.
