Job Description
You will assist customer in customer service section in professional manner and ensures receipt of cash, cheques etc., from all showroom transactions are properly completed and recorded; and such assets are held in safe custody within the company in accord with company procedure. You operate the Customer service in day to day function. Responsible to take decisions regarding any collection, exchange, refund, delivery and assembly and solve any problems to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the IKEA services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensure that the customers who come to the Merchandise Pick-up being served immediately as per the queue system
Be able to use their judgment to handle specific problems with common sense, thereby ensuring a satisfied customer who will come back. Thus, by providing excellent customer service. Guides his team in using the opportunity to regain potentially lost customers.
Handle customers in a positive and fair manner as they have an important role in regaining potentially lost customers.
Prepare daily & weekly collection report and follow up with customers to collect their goods within set of time as per the SOP.
Receive checks and verifies goods from warehouse against the packing list before handing over to customers as per the company policy, system and procedures.
Ensure posting is regularly done after receiving goods by customers
Make sure that customer’s collections reconfirmation call is carried out daily.
Confirm customer’s follow up call for pending collections.
Attend to customers’ queries and problems in a professional manner.
Maintain files of completed and pending collections.
Handle routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
Update HUTI and create cases in CRM tool
Ensure that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
All articles are handed out as per the customers’ receipts to ensure accuracy of stocks and customer satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Greet all clients at the Merchandise pick-up desk in a professional manner.
Ensure to report to senior for any stocks irregularities found while verifying the goods.
Maintain neat, clean appearance of self and work area.
Ensure to follow the customer relation standard operating procedures.
Attend to customers’ queries and problems in a professional manner.
Maintain files of completed and pending collections.
