    Job Description

    As a member of AFSS – To support the Treasury for submission and collection of of documents from bank and administration supports on daily basis

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Collection of Return cheque’s from Bank and dispatching to Business/AFSS. Delay in collection of cheque’s will impact customer experience

    • Ensure lead time for collection of LC documents from bank and dispatched to business to clear goods shipment from port to avoid any demurrage charges

    • Submission of critical documents such as FX Delivery, TR settlements

    • Support Administration team in filing of documents and archival of document from warehouse

    • Ensure PDC and cheque scanned in AFSS is handed over the bank and document receipt acknowledgment is collected.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Higher Secondary School in any discipline.

    • Fluency in communication (both spoken and written)

    • Ability to work with computers.

    • 2-3 years of managing front desk.
