As a member of AFSS – To support the Treasury for submission and collection of of documents from bank and administration supports on daily basis
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Collection of Return cheque’s from Bank and dispatching to Business/AFSS. Delay in collection of cheque’s will impact customer experience
Ensure lead time for collection of LC documents from bank and dispatched to business to clear goods shipment from port to avoid any demurrage charges
Submission of critical documents such as FX Delivery, TR settlements
Support Administration team in filing of documents and archival of document from warehouse
Ensure PDC and cheque scanned in AFSS is handed over the bank and document receipt acknowledgment is collected.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Higher Secondary School in any discipline.
Fluency in communication (both spoken and written)
Ability to work with computers.
2-3 years of managing front desk.
