Job Description
You’ll be an integral part of the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events and merchandising projects in order to help achieve the goals and objectives of the department.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
The Trade Merchandiser is responsible for driving the success of effective marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the Beauty Category for Robinsons Department Store.
You will assist in designing unique plans for individual products and overseeing and analyzing new product launches.
You will work with the Buying Manager to advise on appropriate promotional procedures established from customer data analysis and current trends.
The ideal profile will advise retail the Robinsons on methods for in-store solutions and consistently monitor if these methods are effective.
Job Requirements
Education: University Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Buying or Business administration
Experience and Knowledge: 3+ years’ experience in marketing/merchandising/buying role, preferably from beauty background.
Must have a strong enthusiasm and interest in Beauty
Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office
High level of accuracy; able to detect inconsistencies and errors with keen attention to detail
Analytical, passionate, and innovative with experience in brand marketing and content development
