Internship Description
A motivated Architectural Intern to work collaboratively in a team environment, performing architectural interior designs from concept through project completion. Candidates will have a strong knowledge of design, materials, detailing and space planning.
Intern should be capable of working across and within multi-brand retail and F&B concepts. Reporting to Senior Design Manager he/she should able to produce quality work within a retail environment. They will be responsible for producing store concepts and design package. Working within strict time lines.
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Creates, presents and implements design concept according to a brand CI and client’s need.
Creates and develops design concepts creating plans, elevations, sections and details for the production team to build upon and for tender documents
Works on projects including space planning, concept development, material selection and execution details
Collaborates with project team to meet project schedules, budgets and design quality
Corresponds and coordinates with consultants including lighting, structural, MEP, operation and technical, and construction, etc.
Reviews and checks all work for design, accuracy and completeness
Internship Requirements
Student who passed their second year in Architecture school or Interior design department.
Fresh graduated who has BA/BS degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
A working knowledge of AutoCAD.
A working knowledge of Sketch-up.
