Internship Description
The Customer Engagement Intern is responsible for supporting the delivery of key analytical reports and action plans to improve upon our current programs. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate interested in a customer centric role with strong problem-solving skills including, the ability to anticipate issues, recognize problems as they arise, and identify appropriate resources needed to determine root cause and help to find resolutions.
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Responsible for reviewing & creation of survey questions and in conducting exit interviews with customers, then developing suggested action plans + improvement points
To promote to customers exciting + growth tech brands, and assess the results of having dedicated focus
Creating detailed training material for selected categories / brands to compliment CARE program. This is work in progress but interns could conduct Product
Knowledge workshops at the stores converting features to benefits)
Organize + run a road show / in store tutorial program for customers on selected key products
Internship Requirements
Position requires a background in Sales & Marketing or any Business Administration related field
Strong interpersonal skills, and proactive to take on challenging tasks
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
