Internship Description
The Demand Planning Intern will be part of Demand Planning team whose responsibilities are to ensure right stock is available. They will support the coordination between Supplier, Sales, Warehouse, Freight Forwarding, Accounts & Finance teams.
Intern's Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Track KPIs in supply chain and inventory
Provide inventory-related analytical support to sales team and suppliers
Ensure sales forecast prepared by Sales Divisions is reasonable & accurate based on past trends
Validate receipts, quantities and their value
Track shipments until stock becomes sellable
Internship Requirements
Position requires a background in FMCG and / or Business Administration or Finance
High level of proficiency in Excel – Pivot tables, Vlookup, formulae, excels template creation, formula evaluation, debugging excel formulas etc.
Strong interpersonal skills, and proactive to take on challenging tasks
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to present views in a clear and compelling manner.
