Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Developing conceptual and detailed design proposals to meet the Fit-Out needs of ES clients.
Reviewing and approving the Fit-Out proposals developed by the Clients / Client appointed Consultants ensuring that, architectural designs and scope of works prepared are in line with DA/ International Standards.
Job Requirements
Shall be educated to a degree level qualified in a bachelor’s in architectural engineering.
should have a minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Design Soft wares is essential.
Written and Verbal proficiency in English language
Generic knowledge in related applicable engineering disciplines / systems (eg.LV, MV electrical, HVAC, Mechanic
Systems, Special Systems, Instrumentation & Control, Structural, Airfield and associated)
Clear understanding of Maximo CMMS from user point of view and Work Management processes
