    Job Description

    To assist in the operational aspects of Rewards & Recognition and to develop & maintain the compensation database.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:


    • Ensure that all operational processes of rewards are running smoothly.

    • Accurately prepare the case for promotion against vacancy, retention cases and ad-hoc salary review cases along with necessary supporting documents and based on the guidelines.

    • Prepare the change of status requests and ensure that all are executed error-free.

    • Ensure full adherence to the established SLA timelines for all the Rewards & Recognition processes.

    • Attend HR Helpdesk queries and resolve without and breach in timelines.

    • Prepare and maintain MIS, ensure all MIS reports are prepared accurately.

    • Prepare the Promotion & Salary Review cycle letters & change of status.

    • Recognition

    • Receive and verify all the award nomination documents in order to ensure all the nominations are as per the Awards Scheme criteria’s and assessor’s requirements.

    • Liaise with the HRBP for obtaining the nominations based on the awards scheme guidelines & criteria to ensure that the awards are distributed correctly and as per the budget.

    • Co-ordinate with external consultancy firm.

    • Assist in preparing the budget for the Staff Annual Gathering Awards

    • All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

    Job Requirements

    • Education: Minimum Graduate

    • Work Experience: 2- 3 years in Compensation / HRMS Oracle
