To assist in the operational aspects of Rewards & Recognition and to develop & maintain the compensation database.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Ensure that all operational processes of rewards are running smoothly.
Accurately prepare the case for promotion against vacancy, retention cases and ad-hoc salary review cases along with necessary supporting documents and based on the guidelines.
Prepare the change of status requests and ensure that all are executed error-free.
Ensure full adherence to the established SLA timelines for all the Rewards & Recognition processes.
Attend HR Helpdesk queries and resolve without and breach in timelines.
Prepare and maintain MIS, ensure all MIS reports are prepared accurately.
Prepare the Promotion & Salary Review cycle letters & change of status.
Receive and verify all the award nomination documents in order to ensure all the nominations are as per the Awards Scheme criteria’s and assessor’s requirements.
Liaise with the HRBP for obtaining the nominations based on the awards scheme guidelines & criteria to ensure that the awards are distributed correctly and as per the budget.
Co-ordinate with external consultancy firm.
Assist in preparing the budget for the Staff Annual Gathering Awards
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Education: Minimum Graduate
Work Experience: 2- 3 years in Compensation / HRMS Oracle
