Job Description
To provide excellent customer support to attract prospective and retain existing clients
To act as the main point of contact for all prospective and existing clients and to assist or service customers through answering their queries and attending to their requests
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Assist clients in filling out the account opening forms
Confirm receipt of account opening forms and corresponding documentary requirements from clients or ENBD Branches
Verify the accuracy and completeness of the submitted documents and revert to the clients or ENBD Branches for any corrections or missing requirements
Process the received documents for the opening of brokerage accounts
Process any amendment request
Assist clients in obtaining their investor account number
Entertain product and or process inquiries from prospective and existing clients received via call center walk in
Ensuring Call Center efficiency and customer satisfaction
Provide support guidance to clients on using the online trading system from call center counter
Attend to complaints from clients on products services or erroneous transactions
Obtaining clients complete details Identify and request Relevant client documentation Perform due diligence
Complete additional client ID document checks
stock registry investor numbers investor update details RSA activation Tharaa Redemption Ensure transactions are carried out within TAT on DFMADX E service
Duties by communicating back to the client confirming the resolution of their request
Provide Statements of Account to requesting clients Inform existing clients of changes in processes and regulations that will affect their account
Attend to and execute clients requests for account changes personal information updating account closing
Ensure that all transactions are properly reviewed and validated
Ensure that all customer complaints are registered in CRM and the been forwarded to the concerned team
Ensure that all customer complaints issues are resolved within the required period
Inform prospective and existing clients of ongoing promotions and initiatives
Ensure to resolve all the issue related to your system on time Empower logical security raise remedy etc
Suggest or implement new ideas to simplify the current or develop process
Job Requirements
Good understanding of the Brokerage function
Basic knowledge of all trading platforms its related products
Reasonable familiarity with local and international trading markets
Reasonable familiarity with Trading Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills -English and Arabic
Proficiency in other languages
Ability to handle high profile and corporate clients
