    Provide support to Credit Risk Managers

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Prepare the RCSA – Risk and Control Self-assessment activity for WRM on quarterly basis through Kalypto.

    • Maintain separate file / log for CEO/CRO sign-off. Send original signed docs to documentation unit.

    • Scan and upload approval in Omni-docs.

    • Print and route CPs, MRS’ and FI Exposures to respective Credit Managers.

    • Maintain a log of all incoming CPs, MB-100, IOMs & HRCs, Greenlight memos, declined cases and SME Exception report.

    • Retrieve of old records as and when requested by the Credit Managers.

    • Release of Project Progress Report, Project Analysis Report & Delayed Project reports to respective business units and Credit Managers.

    • Arrange local / international travel, hotel & Visas (wherever applicable), car rental.

    • Arrange logistics for new joinee through UPA, MIT & I-Procurement and schedule orientation meetings.

    • Arrange necessary set-up/access to Central Bank Auditors / External Auditors / Internal Auditors.

    • Coordinate with Credit Managers and Business Managers to arrange all relevant documents required by auditors during audit period – CPs, HRCs and ICRs.

    • Replenishment of monthly grocery & stationery for the department through i-Procurement.

    • Arrange accesses / floor maintenance through UPA/MIT/I-Procurement. Arrange conference room for meetings in coordination with respective Department HR Coordinator.

    • Process requisitions for visiting Cards on i-Procurement.

    • Type and upload credit bulletins on intranet with follow ups through IT team.

    • Process Invoice Payments (Consultants / Subscription / Renewal) etc. through I-Procurement.

    • Process staff reimbursement claims, approvals & maintain records.


    Job Requirements

    • The incumbent should be a graduate, with experience in credit administration and operations.

    • PC skills in application software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is required.

    • Good communication skills.
