Siemens Power Generation Services is delivering the right service solutions for your gas turbine, steam turbine, generator or wind turbine to increase efficiency, reliability and availability throughout the entire lifecycle of your assets. From modernizations and upgrades, remote monitoring, lifetime extensions, and condition monitoring to logistical and turnkey service for onshore and offshore wind turbines, we partner with you to achieve optimal performance and maximize success.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Technology portfolio analysis – electrical (power generation and transmission) and cybersecurity
Research and understand the technology needs of industry
Assist in technology strengths and gap analysis
Creation of reports based on the above analysis
Presentation of reports to peers / employees.
Work closely with peers and colleagues to understand the technology fields.
Meet with internal customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and communicate results
Job Requirements
Current university student in the fields of Electrical and/or Information Technology.
Experience in Microsoft office applications
Ability to understand basic engineering concepts related to power and cybersecurity.
Must be fluent in English
