    Job Description

    The job holder is responsible for selling the products offered by Emaar Entertainment assets, proposing new sales initiatives and ensuring high level of customer service within the sales process.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

      Product/Service Sales

    • Maintain active liaison with competitors through personal contacts professional and industry associations, keeping abreast of competitor’s services, facilities and accounts to ensure we remain in a competitive position and develops new sales leads.

    • Make a qualified sales calls to top accounts and solicit new clients in the leisure market.

    • Prepare appointments and do follow up in a timely manner.

    • Attend designated local workshops, exhibitions and trade shows when relevant.

    • Implements strategies and execute activities to drive financial results

    • Participates in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business

    • Adheres to all standards, policies and procedure.

    • Develops alternative revenue streams to maximize sales for Emaar Entertainment LLC assets by initiating new ideas for product development and identifies new business opportunities.

    • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports.

    • Provides creative inputs for improving the programs offered.

    • Works in a team environment to meet the set targets and Company’s objectives.

    • Makes sales presentations for the targeted segments in the UAE.

    • Optimizes productivity and follow up on all leads in a timely manner

    • Proposes new initiatives / ideas / action plans on a quarterly basis based on feedback from market.

    • Customer Focus / Management

    • Takes customers on a visit to Emaar Entertainment’s assets for any FAM trips and site inspections

    • Gets sales leads and provides necessary operational support for implementation of the same.

    • Builds client base by selling the concept and related product offering.

    • Develops and maintains a customer database.

    • Reports

    • Presents weekly sales updates and daily reports to the Sales Manager.

    • Updates the ACT Software on a daily basis

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Graduate Degree in relevant discipline/industry

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales, preferably retail industry.

    • Basic English Language skills required.

    • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely (written & oral).

    • Strong customer focus.

    • Good Presentation skills.
