FlyEgypt is currently recruiting for the role of Reservation Agent
Location: Sheraton-Heliopolis.
Shifts: Rotational.
Key Duties
- Process full reservations and ticketing procedures using Avtra PSS system.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with Group Desk duties, including Umrah, Labour, and Domestic groups.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or reservation role (experience in the aviation industry is a plus).
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
