Summer Internship Program - Legal
Duties and Responsibilities
To assist in legal translations (Arabic to English and English to Arabic) to enrich his/her knowledge of legal documents' nature and improve his/her drafting skills.
To participate in corporate governance tasks to have an understanding of how companies operate and issue their decisions.
To assist in review of contracts (not of highly complex nature).
To participate in drafting legal advises.
Requirements
Enrolled in the English or French section of the Faculty of Law
English is a must
French is a plus

Summer Internship Program - Field Marketing
The role of the FM intern is to observe and monitor the new field marketing operation model, to ensure that the scope and newly developed job descriptions are being implemented. While tracking the performance and creating a live instant feedback and action plan accordingly to fully utilize the structure changes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the roles and responsibilities of the FMR's, and ensure they adapt and follow the set plans
Measure the work load of the FMR's from back office and field work perspectives to measure and assess the span or control under the new structure
Fully involved in the communication between field force teams/stakeholders to assess communication gaps
Summer Internship Program - Commercial Planning
Duties and Responsibilities
The role is to oversee, track and report ongoing cross functional projects between M&S
Creating a M&S activation toolkit to be deployed according to each brand guidelines & Requirements, consumer segmentations & customer classifications.
Ongoing development of internal field force KPI’s, to ensure a positive impact and accordingly increase in performance.
Integration of internal system and software management. (TME Lite, Power BI, 121 App & Sales reports)

Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the P&C Business Partners on trainings needs
Work closely with the Compensation & Benefits department
Work closely with our P&C Business Partners on employee engagement activities

Summer Internship Program - Sales
The role of the sales intern is to get fully integrated within the sales cycle, ensure involvement across several channel and digging in to the backend and strategy of the operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales skills and call steps training, ensuring the trainee is fully aware of all the ins and outs.
Support with Field Marketing integration with the sales force.
Track and report execution status across different channels and POS.
Involvement in monthly planning and reporting with stakeholders
