    Raya RISE Graduate Program Tracks:

    1. Data Analysis Riser

      The Data Analysis function is one of the main business drivers in Aman E-payments’ operations! When it comes to the Fintech industry, data is vital. The data analysis scope will include, but not limited to; building reports, analyzing trends, creating dashboards and performing the needed statistical analysis. If you are someone who loves technology, data and numbers, this is where you belong! As a Data Analysis Riser, you will receive a wide exposure and hands-on experience in both the operational and support sides of the business, which will grant you the needed knowledge and experience to kick off your career! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of the operations department, taking assignments in the different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be a “Data Analysis Riser”.

    2. Digital Marketing Riser

      The Digital Marketing department is how Aman E-payments, a subsidiary of Raya Holding, promotes and manages their digital presence. The digital marketing scope will include, but is not limited to, executing market research, developing digital marketing strategy, managing our social media platforms and generating analytical reports. If social media and digital marketing is a passion for you, why wait to start your dream career? As a Digital Marketing Riser, you’ll receive a wide exposure and practical experience in the digital media which will definitely develop your soft and technical skills as a marketer! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of marketing, taking assignments in the different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be a “Digital Marketing Riser”.

    3. Finance Riser

      The Finance department at Raya is an integral part of its success, with a broad range of roles to carry out in and outside of Raya. The scope of work tackles all the financial management aspects including, but not limited to, planning, budgeting, costing and analysis. If you want to manage the money, then this is your place! Rise Finance program will provide you with both an overview and hands-on experience through all Finance functions; developing your analytical skills and love for numbers. How? You will go through rotations in various industries and functions under the umbrella of Finance taking assignments in different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be a “Finance Riser”.

    4. Human Resources Riser

      The Human Resources department is the “backbone” for Raya, realizing that our strongest edge lies in our people. The HR scope includes, but not limited to, attracting and acquiring talents, developing potential, leveraging peoples’ capabilities, engaging employees and retaining our talents by offering a nourishing work environment. The HR focuses on people, the company’s human capital, so if you are a people’s person you are in the right place! Rise Human Resources program will provide you with both an overview and hands-on experience to all the HR functions with a unique exposure to different industries; taking you from being a novice to a professional. How? You will go through rotations under the umbrella of HR taking assignments in the different functions and industries to prove that you have what it takes to be a “HR Riser”.

    5. Operational Training Riser

      The Operational Training department is what ensures that Raya Restaurants’ manpower has the needed operational readiness. The operational training scope will include creating training content, delivering operational training and recommending suitable learning methods & interventions to meet operational needs. Satisfaction of our customers is a priority and it will all start with a well-trained team who have the needed skills to develop the business. Come join the team who are making success possible. As an Operational Training Riser, you’ll be playing a key role in impacting the company’s operations, which will provide you with hands-on experience in the real practical business world as an operational trainer! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of the operational training department, taking assignments in the different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be an “Operational Training Riser”.

    6. Operations Riser

      The Operations department is one of the main functions to Raya Electric’s operational sustainability. The operations scope will include directing the production process, suggesting means to reduce waste, recommending preventive maintenance initiatives and achieving 100% of the production plan allocated for each line to prepare production schedules.

      As an Operations Riser, you’ll not only be exposed to the real operational world, but also be responsible for improving and sustaining the operations, which is a great learning opportunity for an engineer! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of operations, taking assignments in different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be an “Operations Riser”.

    7. Production Riser

      The Production department plays a vital role in the ongoing operations at Raya Foods. The production scope will include supervising on the day-to-day production activities within the production line, supporting the staff, meeting the company’s production & quality standards and minimizing waste to maintain the efficiency of operations. If you want to be the connector between the business operational targets and the team who makes it all possible this is your role! As a Production Riser, you’ll receive a real hands-on experience and wide exposure to the operational side of the business, which you’ll definitely benefit from as a production engineer! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of the operations, taking assignments in the different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be a “Production Riser”.

    8. Trade Marketing Riser

      The Trade Marketing function is a main pillar at Aman E-payments, when it comes to telling the brand story to the trade sector. It is about aiming the promotional activities at increasing the demand of the brand among the various partners. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, developing sales strategies aligned with the brand strategy, pushing the product to the dealers and distributors, defining distribution segments and objectives, and managing the brand’s activation. As a Trade Marketing Riser, you’ll receive a real hands-on experience and wide exposure to the different marketing divisions of the business, which you’ll definitely benefit from as a Marketer! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of the marketing department, taking assignments in the different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be a “Trade Marketing Riser”.

    9. Information Technology Riser

      The Information Technology (IT) department is an integral part of Aman for Financial Services’ success. The Information Technology scope will be focusing on big data analysis to uncover meaningful insights and patterns. The scope of work will include identifying new sources of data, developing methods to improve data mining, applying statistical analysis methods for consumer data research and collaborating with Data Scientists to develop innovative analytical tools.

      As an Information Technology Riser, you’ll be responsible for improving and sustaining the technical operations. You will go through rotations under the umbrella of Information Technology, taking assignments in different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be an “Information Technology Riser”.

    10. Customer Happiness Riser

      The Customer centricity aspect is one of the main critical aspects to Raya Restaurants’ growth. The Customer Happiness’s scope will be focusing on gathering customer insights, measuring customer satisfaction, analyzing the related data and championing initiatives to constantly meet the customer needs. You will be collaborating with the other departments to ensure having the right customer centric approach that will lead to meeting customer needs. As a Customer Happiness Riser, you’ll not only be involved in the operational side of the business, but also impacting the strategic direction of the company. If you are into customer research and analysis, then this your place! You will go through rotations under the umbrella of operations, taking assignments in different functions to prove that you have what it takes to be a “Customer Happiness Riser"


    Job Requirements

    • Maximum 2 year of experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
