    Job Description

    Oversee Wealth Management Investments operations, Approve Transactions/ payments, Review product programs and process notes for the new product launches, update WM related P&P as and when required, Co-ordinate with internal, external stake holders. Ensuring adequate record maintenance, Reconciliations of portfolios, MIS reporting, audit co-ordination and system improvements. Ensure timely settlements, receipt/distribution of amount for redemption and subscription, verify NAV, dividend payments. Consistently focus on controls, productivity and error free operation to ensure appropriate cost effectiveness. Provide backup support to capital markets & Treasury settlement team while performing above duties. Perform periodic RCSA testing for other sections of TIFO. Support to update ORM-GRC system. Backup to BCM coordinator. Lead WM system enhancements/upgrades, testing & implementation from TIFO.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Ensure Deals related to WM are processed on Timely manner. Ensure error free processing with effective controls that mitigate risk.

    • Monitoring daily settlements, dividends, accounting entries, system updates and follow ups in case of non-receipt of due funds.

    • Check & Verify AFI settlement messages, Outward Payment for foreign currency / local currency and inform treasury for outflows

    • Approve customer account change in Tradex System.

    • Checking reconciliation of transactions / accounts / GL’s, taking corrective action on outstanding items and escalate any long outstanding items.

    • Supervise monthly activities like SIP & DSP batch run, debiting the customers and making related payments and allocation of NAV in Tradex and APX. Monitor the monthly reconciliation performed by the team.

    • Month End MIS reporting to CRM, FCD, and Business units

    • Investigate customer / correspondent bank inquiries and provide solutions to solve reported issues.

    • Report immediately any significant exceptions or deviation to the department head for further instructions / guidance.

    • Periodically evaluate the TIFO operational processes and recommend to line management, suitable changes to improve efficiency and controls.

    • Supervising the arrangements of proper & organized filing. Ensuring follow-up diary system of the department’s records are maintained and archival is done on a timely basis.

    • Verify and approve an appropriate action upon receipt of exception from ICD / Reconciliation and follow up regularly until the issue is over.

    • Attend training programs to improve skills knowledge in order to enhance role performance and provide training to junior staff under the cross-functional training program.

    Job Requirements

    • Profound knowledge towards TIFO products, preferably Investments / WM.

    • At least 5 years or more in Treasury Ops. With above skills and knowledge.
