The Commercial International Bank - CIB Egypt is currently recruiting for the role of Limit Setting Administrator
To handle the Credit Limit setting on Bank’s System for the Business Banking approved facilities in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring compliance with approved terms & conditions & handle all CBE requirement
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Process & Monitor daily Incoming (Activations, amend, Renew and Cancelation) of Secured & Unsecured Credit Facilities through the daily register for purpose of smooth workflow on a daily basis.
Review all facility Reports & Ensure that all facilities aligned with the Credit Approval according to the business banking policy guidelines before implementing the facility limit on the system.
Assist in maintaining and developing effective operational techniques that will facilitate processing the activation and follow – up process (e.g participating in developing and testing BRD’s)
Reviewing and follow up on all CBE requirements on daily basis for Secured & Unsecured documents before reporting to CBE Unit to ensure adherence to CBE Guidelines & Bank policies.
Check the assigned credit limit day after activation to ensure proper limit setting implementation on bank system.
Monitoring all limits on reduction basis and MTL on monthly basis.
Provide & Update Bank Front liners with all CBE Guidelines and answer all inquiries regarding CBE.
Ensure that the limit and reservation of the assigned collateral are properly implemented before the activation of credit facilities
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree of Commerce , Business Administration or Bachelor’s degree of Arts or any acceptable faculty /University
0- 2 for Administrator years of experience
