the Arab African International Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Product Owner
Responsible of shaping the product vision, strategic designs to managing and transforming agile products and teams. Will be the focal point in problem solving, sharing guidance on priorities and advising on successful execution of the consumer products that is meeting the client’s expectations and up to their satisfaction level.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Lead the execution of digital products development
Work with the business, development, and design functions in an agile way to deliver digital journeys and products
Use Agile methodology to develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience
Run scope clarifications and user testing
Liaise with other teams within and outside the digital factory to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependencies
Lead estimation and prioritization efforts for user testing
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or any related discipline
Excellent command of English Language
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading agile projects as a product owner and working with Kanban boards and scrum methodology
Previous experience with product owner toolkit (e.g., Jira, Miro, Trello, and Figma)
Experience as both a team member and coach in the agile environment (Scrum and Kanban)
Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, etc.)
Proficient with drawing storyboards, creating wireframes, refining product backlogs, writing user stories and developing acceptance criteria
Relentless prioritization and alignment with business and IT stakeholders to ensure highest value capture
Excellent analytical skills and data driven approach to constantly analyze user feedback and analytics report
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior client business and IT executives on transforming towards agile
Experience working with design team to deliver top user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)
