    EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Assistant Product Manager

    To pitch, win, execute and implement co-branded card programs to provide a consistent and energetic proposition for the distribution channels.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Assist to Launch different cards types which will be the key driver for future growth and profit.

    • Understand and define credit & debit cards customer segments and establish strategies for product development based on customer needs and wants.

    • Consistently investigate customer needs through consumer research and define areas of alliances and customer benefits to bring best in category product features.

    • Assist to Launch innovative products targeted towards the preferred segments based on potential, profitability and business needs.

    • Monitor different cards types which will be the key driver for future growth and profit.

    • review for all credit and debit products system parameters update and accuracy including all required technical negotiations and changes in credit features, getting commitments, process revamps and training on new parameter changes.

    • Work with the Owner of all technical projects related to debit and credit cards with cards processor, Visa and MasterCard and ensures 100% compliance to all required mandates by getting required budget and stakeholder approvals and ensures timely execution of all assigned projects.

    • Manages all complaints raised from all channels related to cards operational issues including (and not limited to) chargeback request, transactions authorization/rejections, cross boarder activities, cards limits thresholds requests. Cards replacement/upgrades/closure..etc

    • Assist The team to Manage all vendor interactions related to product technicalities in terms of plastic mandates and embraces all future innovation in the field of payments to initiate digital value added services such as instalment features, miles loyalty program, mobile wallet..etc).

    • AssistTo manage the co-branded relationships to ensure alignment with the overall business needs of the business.

    • Responsible for managing the End to End customer on-boarding process for credit cards and identifies process gaps and pain points making appropriate recommendations about process re-engineering required to streamline cards experience and achieve the required competitive edge for EGBANK proposition.
