HSBC is currently recruiting for the role of Resourcing & Onboarding Assistant Manager
Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s People strategy, facilitating talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Ensuring talent practices support relevant stakeholders and reflect HSBC values, the function reviews the people implications of business plans while delivering policies, projects, processes and activities in support of business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Implementation of HSBC's Resourcing strategy and ensuring all execution is aligned to the strategy
Supporting the operational resourcing service delivery and to indirectly manage the delivery of hires through the liaison with HRSD
Implementation of a highly commercial resourcing operational platform that maximizes candidate and hiring manager experience aligned to HSBC brand values whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory, audit and legislative requirements and operational excellence
Managing stakeholder relationships and related communication
Ensuring all activities adhere to prevailing HSBC and regulatory standards
Responsible for vacancies within their respective LoBs and ensure a smooth/efficient End-2-End recruitment process
Exploring new sourcing channels and improve efficiency of channels currently in use
Ensuring commitment to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
Building strong relationship with the Hiring Managers
Owning the external Headhunting process for external vacancies
Sharing timely feedback with all candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Owning the offer creation process and the offer negotiation with the selected candidates
Ensure the ATS is updated in real-time
Increasing the customer’s satisfaction of the recruitment for both Hiring Managers and Candidates
Building a strong relationship with HR Advisors and other HR Stakeholders
Managing the relationship with the R&O Specialists and ensure regular catch-ups are scheduled and that they are aware of any changes/amendments in the vacancies they handle together
Responsible for the R&O Analytics for their LoB and projects, including but not limited to: sourcing channel effectiveness, recruitment funnel efficiency and quality of hires
Responsible for the Anti-Bribary and Corruption (AB&C) adherance and analytics
Managing and overseeing the onboarding and vetting process and supporting the R&O Specialists where applicable
Job Requirements
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Resourcing and Onboarding Function
Ability to coordinate and monitor a variety of assignments at the same time
Flexibility and ability to adabt to change easily
Experience in Taleo system is a plus
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Strong MS Office skills including excel, word, PPT, etc.
Process-driven thinking and customer service mind-set
