EG-Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Cash Sales Coordinator
The Direct Sales Support is responsible for assisting the Direct Sales Department in achieving their goals and preparing periodic statistics to the Direct Sales Supervisor and the Direct Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Prepares necessary contracts and hand them to the Direct Sales Officers for completion
Sends, receives, and follows up on all kinds of correspondences related to the department in a fast manner
Keeps files and documents in a safe place in order to be able to return to them in an efficient way
Open accounts for approved auto loans applicants and printing checks
Adhere to the bank instructions on control in order to avoid any fraudulence
Distributes the mail to all involved parties through using electronic communication machines such as; fax, email … etc. to facilitate the process
Records all sales of the direct sales team and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports and sends them to direct manager
Follows up and assures the availability of all necessary forms to continue the daily work task
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from a reputable university
Fluent in Arabic and good English (writing and speaking)
Minimum 1 year experience in related fields
Computer and different system applications skills
Accuracy and organizational skills
