Al Hilal Bank is currently recruiting for the role of Sales & Service Officer
To perform products sales while projecting a professional image of Al-Hilal, maintain good customer relationships in order to achieve salestargets assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Deposit account documentation
Handle inquiries related to deposit accountproducts and services such as cheque book request, ATM request, SMS, Standingorders, internet banking and any other related services.
Open and close deposit accounts for customers.
Input of customer deposit account details tosystem, ensuring proper completion of forms, reports and customer files.
issue of bank certificates related to depositaccounts to customers
Finance account documentation
Handle inquiries related to financeproducts& services and covered cards to customers.
Prepare finance application & instructionon credit limits for approval and opening & closing finance accounts for customers.
Input customer finance account details to system, ensuring proper completion of forms reports and customer files.
Issue of bank certificates related finance products to customer.
Sales & Service Support
Participate actively in branch sales planning to generate branch action plans to meet targets.
Build relationship with existing customers for retention.
Handle customer issues and complaints in anefficient and friendly manner.
Execute, distribute, and record customer instructions from various channels (e.g. mail, fax, and phone) inclusive of accepting customer instructions for processing by other account holding branches.
Handle customer phone and walk in inquiries.
Perform general administrative work, whichmay include preparation of memos, & customer letters.
Act as a custodian of ATM services and anyother custodianship entrusted by Al-Hilal as and when required.
Sales –Management of service delivery
Interact with customers for sale of Al-Hilal financial products by ensuring service efficiency and by adherence to best service standards.
Operations support – review, control & approval
Review applications for sale of financial products in line with Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures.
Ensure that documentation required as percredit and operational policy & procedures is both provided and accurate prior to forwarding customer credit file to central operations for further processing.
Review (where required jointly with the BM)work processes, documentations and system input reports on sale of financialproducts by financial service employee (e.g. Auto Murabaha, Goods Murabaha andother products).
Other assignment
Any other task entrusted by Line Manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience or more
Bachelor Degree
Preferable Bachelor Degree in relevant field
Certification in area
Certification in the area of core job domain
