Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Customer Service:
CAcquire new to bank/ potential customer for banking products via daily sales calls and visits.
CCustomer complaint resolution through proactive customer service.
CDevelop relationship with target customers to increase cross-sell ratio..
CRelationship Identification:
CIdentifies and establishes new relationships, consistent with the Bank’s retail objectives, so that SIB market share is maximized.
CSales Targets:
CAchieves and maintains monthly and yearly sales targets, follow up achievements and take corrective action whenever needed to keep sales targets achievements within track.
CTo maximize products sales by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross-selling retail banking products in order to achieve the sales targets.
CTo ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free.
CTo provide Sales MIS to Team Leader on a regular basis.
CProduct/Service Communication:
CMaintains ongoing dialogue with customers to ensure that they are aware of all SIB products/services relevant to their situation.
CTo assist in conducting promotional activities, meetings and road shows in the assigned area to achieve the budgeted sales volume.
Job Requirements
5-7 years experience in the field of sales preferably in the banking sector
Strong in both oral and written : English (Arabic advantage).
