Job Description
Sun Country Flight Attendants ensure safety and security while promoting high customer service. They are assigned to various shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and red eye hours. Shifts are bid monthly and awarded based on seniority. Reserve Flight Attendants must be available at the airport within 2 hours, receive 10 days off per month, and be available by phone on call days. Line holding Flight Attendants receive a minimum of 13 days off per month
The role includes ensuring customer safety, security, and comfort, adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, and following Sun Country Airlines policies. It involves conducting preflight safety checks, responding effectively during emergencies, selling onboard amenities, preparing and serving meals, responding to illness and injury, diffusing situations with unruly customers, and conducting tasks efficiently
Sun Country Airlines offers a monthly guarantee of 72.5 flight hours at a $21.53 rate of pay, represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Flight Attendants are responsible for purchasing their first uniform and luggage, which may be deducted from payroll once employed. Relocation costs are solely the responsibility of the Flight Attendant. Sun Country Airlines operates 365 days a year, with shifts based on seniority. On-call Flight Attendants must be available at the airport within 2 hours of assignment, with 10 days off per month. Line holding Flight Attendants receive a minimum of 13 days off per month

Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
The Candidate should be 20 years or older, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and have excellent dependability and a strong work ethic. Should be able to respond to emergency situations, manage passengers under duress, and work on call for extended periods.
Should fit into FA jump seats and have sufficient vision and hearing acuity to communicate with coworkers and passengers.
Should maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to Sun Country Airlines uniform standards, No visible tattoos and body piercings, and reside within a 2 hour radius of the Laughlin/Bullhead City (IFP) Airport.
Minimum two years of direct customer service experience is required, along with basic computer knowledge
Previous Flight Attendant experience is preferred
