Successful candidates will join an extensive training program, including systems training and customer service skills, and be allocated to various areas across the group, including Emirates Airport Services, dnata, Marhaba Services, and the Contact Centre.     Roles Details

    1. Airport Services Agent (EK/dnata) and Marhaba Services Agent, where you will deliver top-notch customer service during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling. Marhaba Services Agents go above and beyond to provide exceptional travel assistance services to clients, including VIP, Marhaba clients, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs.

    2. As a Contact Centre Services Agent, you will be the voice of Emirates, providing accurate and up-to-date information about products and services. You will respond promptly to inquiries through various digital communication channels or voice support.

      Job specific requirements include proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Czech, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Mandarin. A customer and sales focus is essential, and the ability to type accurately and quickly while maintaining excellent written communication is essential for the messaging-based role.

    Job Requirements

    To be considered for Customer Service roles, candidates must have fluency in English, and fluency in other languages is preferred, a high school certificate, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and PC-based skills. Willingness to work in a shift environment, and to wear uniform (front-line customer facing roles).
