    Endeavor Air Flight Attendants are responsible for ensuring a safe and memorable on-board experience for customers on every flight. They must maintain a positive attitude, perform work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, and respond effectively during emergency situations. Must prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages, as well as receive and process payments for purchased items. Mst also provide customer service assistance, especially to individuals needing special assistance.

    The role involves working both independently and as part of a team, working in confined spaces with exposure to various chemicals and allergens, and maintaining a professional appearance. Must be dependable, flexible, and committed to completing work assignments per Endeavor Air standards, manage time effectively, adapt to changing work conditions, use computers and basic programs like Microsoft Outlook and Word, be engaged in company and departmental communication, and communicate in writing to complete paperwork and detailed reports regarding incidents and discrepancies.

    Pay Range: USD $25.08/Hr - USD $48.48/Hr.

    Job Requirements

      To be successful in this role, you need authorization to work in the U.S., ability to report to your assigned base within two hours, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, fluency in English, a minimum age of 21, flexible schedule, valid passport, and travel documents. You must also meet established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration Regulations. you will need exceptional customer service skills, at least one year of experience, and adherence to professional appearance guidelines. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The candidate must complete four weeks of Flight Attendant Initial Training, including the Initial Operating Experience, within 15 days after graduation. Familiarity with mobile handheld devices is required. Physical requirements include sitting or standing for long periods, opening emergency exits and closing aircraft doors, and reaching into overhead bins. The candidate must be at least 70.5 inches tall and be able to reach a minimum of 76 inches when measured without shoes, can work in aircraft aisles and galleys while standing, reaching, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting, and working in cramped positions. Must also hear and respond to customer and crew communications in situations with high background noise.
