Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Security Coordinator
To carry out the security duties specified in the Nesma Airlines security program and establish effective communication with the Airport Authority and other authorities for security tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
A review of all security-related functions for effectiveness and compliance with this part of the security program, and applicable Security Directives.
Immediate initiation of corrective action for each instance of noncompliance with this part, the company security program, and applicable Security Directives. At foreign airports where such security measures are provided by an agency or contractor of a host government, the aircraft operator shall notify the ECAA for assistance in resolving noncompliance issues.
Establish effective communication with the Airport Authority and other authorities for security tasks.
Applying the company security reporting system, especially for threat identification.
Monitoring the passenger procedures screening of passengers and their luggage.
Follow-up procedures for special categories of passengers.
Ensuring the existence of additional procedures for manual checks of baggage in normal situations and in situations of high risk.
Baggage protection from unlawful interference and guarded even loaded on the plane.
Monitoring the aircraft inspection of the plane from home and abroad.
Prevent entry into the plane without authorization.
Monitoring the security control of maintenance and service of aircraft.
Verify that the procedures followed in controlling security guards aboard the plane by plane. in the case of the use of the guards.
Explain the security measures and responsibilities through company-specific manuals approved by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
Job Requirements
A university degree is required.
Successfully completed security courses required by civil aviation.
Good command of the English language.
Good appearance and personality.
Military status (accomplishment of military).
A good security background.
Pass all required security checks.
