The role involves delivering high-quality service at all touchpoints, liaising with check-in, boarding gates, ramps, cargo, and lounges, supervising service partners, directing passengers to designated areas, checking entry requirements, coordinating with cargo, fueling companies, baggage make-up areas, aircraft loading teams, catering suppliers, performing pre- and post-flight administration duties, and ensuring compliance with QR Safety and Security requirements.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, airport experience, knowledge of airport functions like passenger and baggage handling, Weight and Balance, and Dangerous Goods Regulations, and the ability to work in shifts, including weekends.
