    Job Description

    As a Documents Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and distributing flight handling documents to stations, internal departments, airport authorities, and airline offices. You will analyze and check individual flights to prevent disruptions or delays. On arrival, you will receive inbound documents and distribute them to internal units, airport authorities, and airlines. You will prepare General Declarations for crew changes, obtain immigration clearance, handle OCS mail, enter flight statistics, and print manifests. Maintaining close relationships with airlines and government agencies ensures consistent customer service. You will prepare files for each flight by checking against a checklist.

    Job Requirements

    To be considered for this role, Applicants must have 10 years of schooling, 1+ year of administration data entry experience, pass Introductory, Load Processing & Handling, Basic Cargo, Basic Load Control, and Dangerous Goods-Ramp courses, possess current UAE driving license, fluency in English is required, additional languages is an asset, knowledge of computer operation
