    Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Reservation Team Leader

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

    • Manage day-to-day line activities, track and follow up on all pending tickets and complaints to meet all promised timelines.

    • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.

    • Quality Monitoring to ensure that procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to and that customer care representatives provide excellent customer service.

    • Keeping up to date with business development.

    • Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members.

    • Help improve the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction levels.

    • Reporting to the Reservation Manager.


    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree.

    • More than 3 years’ experience.

    • English Language: Fluent.

    • Customer and details Oriented.

    • Perfect communication skills.
