Nesma Airlines is currently recruiting for the role of Reservation Team Leader
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Manage day-to-day line activities, track and follow up on all pending tickets and complaints to meet all promised timelines.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
Quality Monitoring to ensure that procedures and quality standards are strictly adhered to and that customer care representatives provide excellent customer service.
Keeping up to date with business development.
Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members.
Help improve the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction levels.
Reporting to the Reservation Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree.
More than 3 years’ experience.
English Language: Fluent.
Customer and details Oriented.
Perfect communication skills.
