Job Description
The Flight Facilitator is responsible for preparing and distributing flight plans for Etihad Airways and partner airlines, adhering to Etihad standards, safety regulations, and security. Udates block hours in AIMS for finance department purposes and coordinates with Supervisor Crew Operations to ensure efficient distribution and operational changes. The role involves printing and distributing pre-flight documentation, collecting post-flight documentation, and retrieving post-flight documentation for queries from Chief Pilots, Air Safety, Finance, or head office departments. The Flight Facilitator also updates information in AIMS, track changes in distributed pre-flight documents, maintains communication with the Hub Control Centre and Duty Flight Dispatcher, and retrieves, stores, and distributes electronic flight documents for all flights operating with EFB class. Also investigates and reports operational discrepancies to Supervisor Crew Operations and independently responds to internal and external departments, where line manager involvement is not necessary in logistic matters.
Job Requirements
The applicant must have a high school or aviation-related degree or flight operations license, and have 2-4 years of experience in flight operations.
