    Etihad Airways Customer Service Agents play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless uniform experience for our crew members and other uniform recipients. Your duties include a variety of tasks, including managing system and physical transactions for uniform receipt and issuance in our stores. You'll be responsible for timely deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation for audits, and acting as the primary point of contact for uniform-related inquiries.

    As the front desk representative, you'll address crew member questions, explain store policies and procedures, and ensure all necessary documentation is issued and readily available for audits. Additionally, you'll assist in issuing appropriate uniforms, coordinate with tailors for alterations, and maintain a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory system. You'll also monitor stock levels, keeping the Uniform Stores Manager informed of diminishing supplies.

    Your responsibilities extend to managing stock distribution, ensuring fair allocation to internal customers and outstations. You'll proactively monitor stock levels, alerting the manager to potential shortages. Security is also a key aspect of your role, as you'll be responsible for monitoring the movement of staff, crew, and visitors according to company regulations. Finally, you'll contribute to a well-maintained environment by facilitating stock counts, maximizing storage space, disposing of returned uniforms appropriately, and upholding the highest housekeeping standards in all store areas.


    To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum college degree. Ideally, you must possess over 5 years of exceptional customer service experience, particularly within the airline uniform industry, branded retail stores, or distribution management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, with multilingual abilities a valuable asset. Furthermore, you should be highly computer literate with proficiency in systems like Oracle or SAP. The ability to confidently interact with senior management is a requirement, and up-to-date fire, health, and safety training is a must.
